Wedding Photographers – David & Madison – Saskatoon Wedding

David and Madison… Where do I start? From the first moment these two came into our lives they made a huge impression upon us.  I new the minute we met them that we wanted to photograph their wedding and it was absolutely amazing to hear after our one hour consultation that the Most Definitely Wanted us to be their Wedding Photographers and capture one of the most special days of their lives! None of this would have been possible if it hadn’t of been for Madison’s amazing big Sister that sent Madison and David our way and for that we will every be so grateful.

I am not sure what part it was about Madison or David that won us over but from the moment that Madison said she had done missionary work in Mexico I think that might have been it for me.  As you many of you know I volunteered for many many years in a Dominican Orphanage and so this type is work is just so close to my heart.  I truly believe that it takes special person to give themselves this way and put themselves out there and help others that are so helpless and don’t have any other options or places to turn to or any of the lovely resources like we have here in Canada.  Third world countries are a completely different from what we live daily here in Canada and only those with very special kind, loving , giving hearts can do this type of work.  We look forward to staying close with Madi and David and seeing what the future holds for them.  Their future missionary plans sound absolutely amazing and there is nothing that will stop you two!  The world is yours and we wish you all of the best as you start your new lives and adventures together!

As for the wedding, well I don’t even know if I have words to describe how beautiful it was!  A 1st for us, photographing 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen… that is 22 people in the wedding party, oh and don’t forget 3 flower girls and 1 ring boy! It was fun to be back in my old hometown where I graduated to photograph this Saskatoon Wedding which took place at the Saskatoon Inn with formal photos taking place at the University of Saskatchewan, Research Place, Boffin Gardens and bridge.

Everything about this day went smooth and believe me, you wouldn’t think 12+ women in a hotel room getting ready would go smoothly!  Everyone was right on time, the ceremony was absolutely beautiful, as were all of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents of the bride and groom, and all those that attended the wedding!  I love hearing stories during the reception of the bride and groom and there were some amazing stories told this day.

I could probably talk for days about these two but I will leave it at this and just say that we are so Honoured to have been chosen as your Wedding Photographers and hope you LOVE your photos!
